When pain almost strangles us, and darkness is our closest friend, what should we do? We all have ways that we Lament – to feel, show, and express our grief, sorrow, or regret. However, when we look to Psalms 22, Jesus shows us that faith is not ignoring the pain or darkness, but to look forward to God’s promises.
