Many of us start off full speed ahead reading the Bible - then burn out as soon as we hit Leviticus. If we keep pushing ahead, what we discover is that God's purpose behind the rules, rituals, and regulations of the Old Testament. It's not to point out what they had to so, but to show them all that He would do for them - a reminder that while our sin was great, His grace was greater.
